NIETZSCHE [№ 2 ' 2009] Will metaphysics in views of Arthur Schopenhauer, Richard Wagner, Fridrich Nietzsche is analyzed in this article. Understanding of unity and differences of their voluntaristic conceptions are regarded here. Evolution from negative understanding to positive understanding of World will is proved. Synthesis of ideas of Schopenhauer and Nietzsche in German culture, where the most brilliant exponent is Wagner’s creation, shadows in this work.

CELEBRATING CHARLES DARWIN’S BICENTENARY [№ 1 ' 2009] On February 12, 2009 the world commemorates the 200th anniversary of the birth of Charles Darwin and on November 2009 the scientific community celebrates the 150th anniversary of Charles Darwin’s "On the Origin of Species". Darwin’s theory of evolution is the naturalistic foundation of modern biology, the teaching, providing logical explanation for the diversity of life. In 2009 rebuilding the ship that carried Charles Darwin around the world is supposed. The new Beagle will sail the world in Darwin’s wake. The international community, including the Russian community, had an ambiguous attitude toward the theory of evolution. Differences of opinion among the people, believing in God and the scientists accepting the evolutionary theory, increase over time.

Degtyarev E.V. TO THE QUESTION OF STRUCTURE AND SOME PECULIARITIES OF TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE [№ 5 ' 2009] The author analyzes peculiarities of modern technical knowledge. In this article it is proved that fundamental and application knowledge can be distinguished not only in scientific technical knowledge but in technical knowledge on the whole. The borders between fundamental and application knowledge are relative and nimble. According to "time and place" of using the same technical knowledge can be both as fundamental as application.

Some social processes originated with multinational structure of Orenburg region population and its dynamics are analyzed in this work.

Fate phenomenon is understood as a view on life in the context of death perception. At the same time fate understanding as a real fact of being represents death as integral qualitative condition of life. Such approach was accepted as a gnoseological postulate overcoming subjective nature of death fear.

The difference between a formally-logical and a dialectical approach to defining the special as a dialectical link and a dialectical mediation of the general and the individual is specially underlined.

NEWTON AND MECHANICAL PICTURE OF THE CLASSICAL SCIENCE WORLD [№ 1 ' 2010] Physical and philosophical opinions of the English scientist I.Newton and their influence on forming of mechanical picture of the classical science world are regarded in this article.
