In European Union — for the foreign experience

Alfonso Montella — professor of Federico II University (Italy) and Vasileios Psarianos — professor of Athens National Technical University (Greece) arrived at OSU.

On the 23rd of April they had meeting with Vladimir Kovalevsky — rector of OSU.

The visit was held in OSU in the frame of international Tempus project. It means the cooperation of Russian universities with the universities of European Union countries and particularly aims at development, promotion and distribution of new educational programs.

Foreign partners of Orenburg State University in this project are Federico II University (Italy), Royal Technological University (Sweden) and Athens National Technical University (Greece). Realization of Tempus project in our University is planned up to the year 2014. However representatives of foreign universities at the meeting with the rector emphasized their interest to work together with OSU in the educational sphere for future. Vladimir Kovalevsky agreed that cooperation should be continued and suggested that the universities-partners should sign the cooperation agreement with OSU.
