OSU Rector is in List of 1 000 Top Russian Managers

The mass media comments the 14th yearly top list of best Russian managers, represented by Manager’s Association and “Kommersant” Publishing House.
The principle “the best choose the best” is the basis of rating construction methodology: chief executive officers estimate chief executive officers, functional managers estimate functional managers.
Vladimir Petrovich Kovalevskiy (OSU Rector) is among Orenburg representatives in the section “Regional Leaders Rating 2013”. Most Orenburg members of this rating are managers of large industrial enterprises, three are from banking sector. Thus, Vladimir Kovalevskiy is the only rating representative of top management in the area of Orenburg public institutions.
