OSU Students took part in "Civil forum" of "Seliger-2014". It took place on August 3–10.

Eight forum sessions consolidated about 4š000šyoungsters with active civic position from 85šregions of Russian Federation. More than 30špeople represented Orenburg region, among them were three OSU students: Anzhelika Androsova (Faculty of Architecture and Construction), Anastasia Sidorenko (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences), Maria Ryazanova (Faculty of Chemistry and Biology).

— Before my trip to "Seliger" I had a feeling that youth patriotism doesn't exist substantially in our countryš— Anzhelika Androsova told.š— But on "Public associations" session I got acquainted with students interested in Russian Federation’ life, its international situation and civil future.

A lot of entertainment was held aside from educational program on "Seliger".
