Medal for Science Results

The associate Professor of OSU Metrology, Standardization and Certification Department, Doctor of Technical Sciences — Ludmila Tretiyak received the “European Quality” gold medal.

Ludmila was awarded by European scientific and industrial consortium for contribution to national science development. She developed the complex of technical solutions on quality and safety improvement of brewing production. The results of her work are reflected in the monographs "Technology of Beer Production with Specified Characteristics" and "Scientific Base of Beer’ Quality and Safety". Orenburg University Lecturer represented it on the exhibition-presentation of academic publications, took place in Sochi at the end of September in the framework of “Gold Fund of National Science” program organized by Russian Academy of Natural History. The jury has chosen the best papers from three thousand publications. Moreover the active participation in conferences and forums of various levels was the reason for medal receiving.

— It’s always a pleasure when work is appreciated. I am researching this problem for many years and receiving the medal motivates for further development in this direction, — Ludmila notes.
