Boxer Gabil Mamedov, Master’s Degree Students at OSU Management Institute, won silver at the Strange Challenge Cup-2017 and became an international sport master of Russia.

Gabil took part in the high-profile international boxing competition in class “A” — “Strange Challenge Cup-2017” that was held from the 21st to 26th of February in Sofia. The main teams from 34 countries have arrived in Bulgaria’s capital for this competition.

Gabil Mamedov headed the Russian national team in weight category up to 60 kg; he participated in 4 bouts with representatives from Poland, Turkey, England and Mauritius. The boxer won 3 bouts from 4 and complied with standards for getting a status of the international sport master.
