Immortal heroes in the photo and young generation memory

On May 8–9, OSU administration, students and teachers took part in the events dedicated to the celebration of the Victory Day.

On May 8, they laid flowers at the Eternal Flame at Prospect Pobedy and at the Memorial Complex-Museum “Salute, Victory!”. The teams from the University and its College took part in the military-historical quest “On the Nameless Height” on that day. Boys and girls went through 23 stations, performing difficult tasks and puzzles, remembering the main events of the Great Patriotic War.

On May 9, OSU students, teachers and employees marched in the Immortal Regiment holding portraits of their grandfathers and great-grandfathers. On that day, all university faculties presented themselves in a creative form in front of OSU Scientific Library.

OSU students have also conducted an action “Victory at Every Home” in the University dormitories # 1 and # 3 — they switched the lights on in the building windows so that they got the word “Victory”.

At the end of the day, a festive salute decorated the sky over the city.
