JuniorSkills: project for high students’ early career guidance

OSU Kumertau branch presented diploma to high school students who participated and won the JuniorSkills competition “Best in profession”.

The competition was the final activity in the serial of events for high school early career guidance in the Republic of Bashkiria. 86 high school students from Kumertau and Kuyurgazinsky district took 4-month training in 5 skills: brick work, automobiles repair and service, electric wiring, entrepreneurship, geodesy. The training followed WorldSkills standards. It allowed developing the skills necessary to participate in JuniorSkills, a growing in popularity movement for young professionals.
