The champion and multi medalist — Maria Kameneva has successfully performed in Kazan

OSU Student Maria Kameneva has won seven medals in the Swimming Championship of Russia, which took place on November 5–10 in Aquatics Center of Kazan.

There were 859 sportspeople from 64 regions of Russia.The Competition had 19 records: 7 records of Russia, 1 Junior World record, 1 Junior European record, and 10 Junior records of Russia.

Maria Kameneva, the student of OSU Faculty of Applied Biotechnology and Engineering, the trainee of Orenburg sport school “Gazovik”, the Honoured Master of Sport of Russia, and the International Master of Sport, has established a national mark for 100 m Medley swimming.She has also won a first place award for 100 m at backstroke swimming and 50 m at freestyle. As a member of the Saint-Petersburg National team, Maria has won a first place in 4 x 100 m freestyle relay and 4 x 50 m and 4 x 100 medley.The sportswoman has also became a holder of silver medal in freestyle relay 4 x 50 m. Maria's award list has increased by six golden and one silver medal, which made her the top multi medalist of the Competition.
